It always takes a while before I could get used to writing the new year in my dates. Right now, I'd probably still write 04. For me, 2004 had been full (and I mean FULL) of ups and downs.
The Ups being my graduation (more like relieved tat I could graduate... heehee...), getting a job with a good boss, and then given a chance to go abroad to live and learn. The downs being the time between graduation and getting a job (which was pretty long, by the way) and now having to deal with stupid French bureaucracy and of cos, getting used to living alone.
And just before year 2004 ended, came the tsunamis that devastated Asia. It was hard to believe, especially when I'm thousands of miles away. My prayers and condolences to all affected. It makes my problems look, as wat they actually are, small and insignificant.
May 2005 bring with it good things (watever your definition of good things be). Bonne Anne (Happy New Year) people!

Well fret not bout the French. Think its bout getting used to after a while. U'll be ok after a while. Rome isn't built overnite you know. Being fedup over their efficiency to get things done will get you no where.. so bottom line.. RELAX..... breathe in and out...... relax..... enjoy the bagette and coffee.......(",)
